As I approach 5 years as a qualified counsellor, I am learning more and more about my practice. Person-centred at the core, I integrate tailored approaches that fit for my client’s needs and preferences. This facilitates greater progress in sessions and together, we overcome the problems and sticking points we encounter.
My style is creative, whether it be talking or talking plus an activity. Clients can try different crafts and creative sessions depending on their needs and how they want to engage with me.
I work with both adults and children from 5 years old. With those who prefer, require, or want to, play is very much on the cards. I have a space in central Wakefield for clients who want face to face sessions.
